- Your order ID, found in the confirmation email or receipt from Stripe, Gumroad, or Payhip.
- The product name and, if relevant, the date of purchase.
- A short description of the issue — for example, a download link that expired, a file that did not open, or a request to re-send access.
Most download and access problems are resolved quickly once we can locate the transaction, which is why the order ID matters. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us through the same channel and we will investigate.
